Outfit – Emerald & Jade

I’ve been rotating between the same few outfits for work for the last few months now, so I decided I needed something new! I was out shopping back in the UK over Christmas, as there’s shops there I miss in Hong Kong, and the sales had begun, so I picked up this as a new work dress – half price! It’s a thicker material than some of my others, which is good for the cooler weather now, but likely will be set aside when it heats up again. I like the colours in it though, and the geometric design makes it a little more interesting, but also still elegant and smart enough for work (not that that’s really necessary, most of the other teacher wear very casual stuff most of the time). My green jade bracelet matches well with the green dress, albeit a different shade, and I’ve finally ditched my cheap, rubber watch in favour of this beautiful silver one my parents gave me as an early birthday present. Finally, these are not my work shoes (I have to have an indoor pair which stay at work), but since I bought new black flats, I figured this was a good outfit to show them off with.
