Outfit – Black Suede Boots

     First of all, apologies for the photo quality. I’m not thrilled with it, but I had horrible lighting and limited time to get these snaps while I was back home, so I’m afraid they’ll have to do. Anyway, this was the outfit I wore for our second Christmas dinner with half the family on Boxing Day. I absolutely adore these boots (the photos really don’t do them justice), but I don’t wear them often, and usually only indoors, for fear of ruining them. Over-the-knee, soft black suede – perfect! I don’t even bring them to Hong Kong with me, just in case (hence having to rush these photos at home). I kept it simple with black and grey tones, and clothes which are comfortable and just the right mix of casual and dressy. This big, soft cardigan is also perfect for the wintery months back home, and feels perfect for Christmas. I jazzed up the neutral tones though with these big, bold earrings, which my mum bought me in Dubai.
