Outfit – Night Skies

     Channelling my favourites of short skirts & chunky boots again today! I’ve had this skirt for ages, but there’s so many ways of styling it, either as casual or dressier outfits, that I keep pulling it out the wardrobe time and time again. This outfit is a great day-to-night look, I think – casual enough to wear through the day, with the simple pieces that make it up, but still smart enough, especially with some accessories thrown in to wear for an evening out too – which is exactly what I did the day I took these photos! The top helps, as it’s a little smarter than some of others (even other black tops) and made of a sturdier material. The boots are a little worn out (I actually switched to my heeled ankle boots when I wore this out), but I love the slouch style of them, especially paired with a short skirt like this – I did a similar combination with them last week too!
